We prefer high-quality PDF files for most print jobs. We can also work with common image and design formats, but PDF is usually the safest option for clean, accurate printing.
Yes, we review files for basic print issues such as size, bleed, and resolution. If we notice a possible problem, we’ll contact you before moving forward.
For most print products, artwork should be at least 300 DPI at final size. Lower-resolution files may look fine on screen but can print blurry or pixelated.
Please send print files in CMYK whenever possible. RGB is designed for screens, while CMYK is the standard for print.
Bleed is extra image area that extends past the trim edge so there are no white borders after cutting. A common bleed allowance is 0.125 inch or 3 mm on each side.
The safe zone is the area inside the trim line where important text and logos should stay. Keeping key elements inside that area helps prevent them from being cut off.
In some cases, yes. If your file needs small corrections, we may be able to help or recommend the best next step. Larger redesign or cleanup work may require a separate design charge.
